1. Using Fast Search
- If You already know the name of the house, write it in the search box.
2. Browsing through accommodation pages
- From the main menu You can go to our offer pages and look for accommodation.
3. Using advanced search options
- You can also search by Your criteria. Advanced search link is located below Fast Search.

Check Availability and/or Request Booking

4. Check accommodation availability
- Once You found your accommodation, You can check if it's available in the period You want by clicking on the "Booking Calendar" link. You can also contact us to check wether room is available.
5. Request a booking or more informations
- You can request a booking by clicking on the "Request Booking" link and filling form details.
- You can request more informations by clicking on "Request more info" link and filling form details.
- You can also contact us directly over email or telephone regarding booking or more information.
* Please be specific in Your booking or more info requests, it will help us providing You better and detailed answer. Your request will be sent automatically to our e-mail, therefore also check if You wrote Your e-mail in the form correctly because we will answer You on that one. |

Payment Methods

To confirm Your booking, an advance payment is needed for confirmation. You will be asked for what way of payment You will choose during booking process. The amount of advance payment is 25% of whole amount of your booking, if not specified different. There are several ways to pay an advance:

8. Online payment via PayPal service or via Credit Card
- If You decide for online payment, there is an payment fee of 2% of the paying sum additionaly applied to the amount. Therefore, if You need to pay 100 € of an advance, there will be a fee of additional 2 € applied for online payment and total amount for pay will be 102 €.

Paying with PayPal

1. You will receive an invoice over email.
You can open the invoice in the following ways:
– Click the Pay Invoice button in the email.
– Copy the invoice URL in the email message and paste it in a web browser.
2. Review the invoice wether everything is in order and click Pay.
Your invoice page displays the invoice details including payment terms, item
details, and the invoice totals. Before starting the payment process, you can print
a copy of the invoice.
3. Select the payment method.
- If You want to use Your PayPal account to pay the invoice, You must first log in (if
You are not already) and select the payment method from Your account.
- If You do not use a PayPal account, You can pay by debit or credit card by entering necessary information for online payment. By paying with credit/debit card, PayPal will also create an PayPal account for You which can used later for other payments.
4. Review and approve the payment.
After choosing payment method, PayPal will display a page of summary of the payment. You need to click "Pay Now" to finalize payment.
5. You will receive verification of the completed payment.
A final page displays the transaction ID for the payment and order summary, which is also sent by email to You. If You own PayPal account, You can see invoice and payment details through Your account in "Overview or History" pages. |
